1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and winpj Casino ("winpj," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the winpj website located at winpj.cam and all associated services, features, games, and content available thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

3 Account Management

4.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits are generally credited to a player's winpj account balance in real-time or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider. winpj is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed by winpj's finance team during standard business hours. Processing times may range from a few hours up to five (5) business days depending on the payment method and verification status of the requesting account. winpj reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits awarded on winpj are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated per promotion. Bets placed on excluded games or bet types will not count toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

winpj reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel associated winnings in cases where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, using low-variance strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to manipulate wagering outcomes.

5.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the player's account balance without notice or compensation.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the winpj Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino products, physical dealing and spinning processes conducted by professional dealers under camera supervision. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a system malfunction, network disconnection, or technical error during a game round, winpj reserves the right to void the affected round and return the player's stake for that round only.

7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the winpj Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the property of winpj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the winpj Platform without the express prior written consent of winpj. Unauthorized use of winpj's intellectual property may give rise to legal claims.

9 Privacy & Data Use

winpj collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the winpj Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. winpj employs SSL/TLS encryption across all Platform connections and applies industry-standard data protection practices to safeguard player information. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, winpj's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winpj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption. 11 Responsible Gaming

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not closed for breach), any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all pending checks are completed.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
